We the Hill family survived the Kentucky Disaster. We were with out power for 2 nights and 3 days. It did get a bit nippy but we did good. We put on our long johns, scarfs, hats, gloves and sat around and played DS and reading during the day. Hayli thought it was great but the dogs were not so good with candles and the fireplace. Watching them try to go potty on the ice was so funny. They couldn't get a good grip on there squat and down they would go. The back yard in on an small incline so when you start to slide you don't stop until you hit the fence. We laughed so hard at them. Watching people try to drive up the hill by our house was funny to. It just didn't happen but there was never a shortage of bozo's that would try. It was so beautiful when you looked out side. It was like the world was encased in glass. I'll post pictures.
